The Pine Room On the First Floor is a Large Comfortable Double Room, with a Dressing Table/Workspace and Easy Chair.
Crisp White Laundered Linen and Fluffy White Towels.
This Room can also Accommodate an extra Single Bed if required.
The En-suite has a full size Bath with Electric Shower. Luxury Toiletries are provided.
Also Hairdrier, Mini Fridge, Complimentary Beverage Tray and 19" Widescreen Digital Colour TV with Freeview and built in DVD player.
Orchard Room
The Orchard Room is also on the First Floor adjacent to the Pine Room, The Orchard Room has a Super King Double which can un zip and convert to Two three foot single beds
The Room has a Dressing Table/Workspace and Chair.
Crisp White Laundered Linen and Fluffy White Towels. The En-suite has a Shower.

The Lemon Room on the Ground Floor is a Bright Pretty Double Room , with Dressing Table/Workspace and Chair.

Blossom Room
The Blossom Room also on the Ground Floor is adjacent to the Lemon Room has Two Three Foot Single Beds that Zip and Link and Convert to a Super King size Double Bed.
All Crisp white Laundered Linen and Fluffy White Towels.
The En-suite has an Electric Shower.

'DART SUITE' (Self Contained) 2 Rooms - Living Room and Bedroom
For that Special Occasion or just extra room - Spacious for Two or Sharing for Four with a Sofa Bed in the Living Room.
Entered through Private Door from shared Hallway up the Carpeted Stairs to Landing. The 1st Door from the Landing is the Fully Carpeted Bedroom, which can be Twin Bedded or a Super King Double. The 2nd Door from the Landing leads to the Living Room with Wood Laminate Floor and has a Sofa that can also be used as a Double Bed. Dining Table with High Backed Leather Chairs, 26" Widescreen Digital Colour TV with Freeview and built in DVD player, Radio/CD Player and small Kitchen Area. We can also provide an extra Single Foldaway Bed. A Cot is also available and WiFi at no extra cost. The 3rd door from the Landing is the Shower Room, this has a Tiled Cubicle with a Mira Sport Electric Shower, Handbasin, W/C and Crisp White Ceramic Floor Tiles. All Crisp White Laundered Linen provided and Fluffy White Towels.

For that Special Occasion or just Extra Room - Spacious for Two or Sharing for four with Sofa Bed in the Living Room.
Entered through Private Door from shared Hallway into the Living Room which has Laminate Wood Flooring, the Sofa can convert into a Double Bed if required. Also has a Dining Table with High Stools. 26" Widescreen Digital Colour TV with Freeview and built in DVD Player, Radio C/D Player and small kitchen area. We can also provide a Single Foldaway Bed. A Cot is also available and WiFi at no extra cost. A Door leads into the Fully Carpeted Bedroom, which can be Twin Bedded or a Super King Double. Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and at Cladda we never let our visitors go hungry. We have a varied assortment of foods on our Traditional English breakfast menu.
Our large breakfast room acts as the central meeting place in the mornings. Guests spend most of breakfast comparing notes with one another as they plan their next exciting day exploring Dartmouth and the surrounding area.
Dartmouth has such a choice of varied top class restaurants that just deciding where to eat can be tricky.
At the Cladda Guest House we try to source local produce when possible.
